Rooted Rites serves a dream in which communities and individuals relearn what it means to hold and be held by the land and community around us.  Our society is full of human-made expectations of who to be, how to be, and what to produce in order to be of value, to be worthy of love, praise, peace. What if there was a different way? A way that is uniquely your own, that originates from your intuition and soul. 

To find footing in a chaotic world, we must slow down and listen. Rites of Passage work and Somatic Experiencing™ are powerful tools to help you restore your nervous system and reconnect holistically to who you are. To heal our individual traumas in order to rise up as a restored collective. Rooted Rites offers somatic guide work, land connection, and ceremony to support you in re-meeting and loving your wild and authentic humanness, and honing a felt sense of security and resilience in this beautiful & unpredictable world.

  • Somatic Experiencing™ & Integration Guidework

    Outdoor or virtual 1:1 sessions to support nervous system resilience, as well as integration of transformative experiences. With Somatic Experiecning™ we work on healing from the bottom up rather than simply top-down management of our trauma and nervous systems.

    Sessions offered with highly accessible sliding scale fee from $75-$150.* For all genders and humans.

  • Young Adult & Youth Mentorship

    One on one work with youth and young adults navigating the intimidating and often emotionally rocky task of becoming your own person.

    Mentorship supports teens who are actively struggling in their coming of age, as well as further grounds and supports those who are more easily finding their own path.

    Nature-based group ceremonies, workshops, & councils focused on supporting folks through one or more stages of a rite-of-passage: severance, threshold, & incorporation.
